I love to play Need for Speed Series.
I like this game too. in this game's system, you can drive all the cars
As the game progressed, increase the number of car that can be used
Level up
You can play cops and criminal 
the cops have time limits mission, catch criminals.
and the criminal mode have time limits, racing won, racing won include cops. especially, last mission is hell.. you should run almost 50miles(I forgot.. maybe?)
If your car crashed, you should start from scratch.
this game's cons' is too long skip speed. and loading speed.(My PC is good)
It's designed against players for. You can see the Crashed many times. if you play this game but the enemy almost don't have effect. they will be reset if you are
Anyway, I cleared this game on 32hours. lol
You can feel the Speed. Good game.
